Wen-Chia Chang is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment at the Lynch School of Education, Boston College. Her research focuses on theories and practice of evaluation, measurement of teaching practice for equity, and teacher education for social justice.
