Kathryn James McGraw is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. Her research interests center on K-12 education policy and educational equity, including discipline and behavior management, teacher preparation and development, and accountability design.
